PCB Announces Test, ODI, and T20 Squads for the Tour of England and West Indies

The Pakistan Cricket Board has announced the national squad for the tour of England and the West Indies. Moin Khan’s son Azam Khan has joined the national T20 squad and Salman Ali Agha Qaumi for the first time in the ODI squad.

According to details, a statement issued by the PCB said that Yasir Shah’s inclusion in the national Test squad is conditional on fitness. Pakistan will play three ODIs and three T20s against England and five T20s against the West Indies. And a two-Test series.

In the announced squads, four players Haris Sohail and Imad Waseem have returned to the National ODI and T20 squads respectively while Muhammad Abbas and Naseem Shah have returned to the Test squad.

On the other hand, Noman Ali, Sajid Khan, and Zahid Mahmood have been included in the Test squad against West Indies. Fakhraz Mann has been retained in the T20 squad. The ODI and T20 squads announced for the tour consist of 18 and 9 players respectively, with 13 players in both the squads who will represent Pakistan in both styles of cricket.

The Test team consists of a total of 21 players, 8 of whom are representing the national team in all three formats.

Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, Abdullah Shafiq, Fahim Ashraf, Fakhr Zaman, Haider Ali, Haris Rauf, Haris Sohail, Hassan Ali, Imamul Haq, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Rizwan, Salman Ali Agha, Sarfraz Ahmed, Saud Shakeel, Shaheen Shah Afridi, and Usman Qadir.

T20 Squad

Babar Azam, Shadab Khan, Arshad Iqbal, Azam Khan, Fahim Ashraf, Fakhr Zaman, Haider Ali, Haris Rauf, Hassan Ali, Emad Wasim, Mohammad Hafeez, Mohammad Hasnain, Mohammad Nawaz, Mohammad Rizwan, Mohammad Wasim Jr., Sarfraz Ahmed, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Sharjeel Khan, and Usman Qadir.

It may be recalled that after the Pakistan Super League matches in Abu Dhabi and the final, the national team will leave for England.
