The holiday had already scored 12 points before leaving for the second quarter of the Milwaukee v Brooklyn Nets game. The Bucks have announced they will not return to the game.

George Hill replaced Holiday on the list to open the second half.

The holiday played 18 minutes and shot 5-for-7 down to help the Bucks lead 66-59. The Bucks are already playing without guards Donte DiVincenzo (ankle) and forward Bobby Portis and Semi Ojeleye (calf). DiVincenzo tore a muscle in his left ankle during the Bucks’ first qualifying match against the Miami Heat last season.
