Indian Cricket Team is all set to lock horns against New Zealand for the 3 T20I match series commencing from 27th January (Friday). The 1st T20I match is going to be played at Ranchi where we can expect a run-fest as both the teams have power hitters present.
New Zealand would be aiming to register their first victory on the tour after getting white-washed in the ODIs. All eyes would be on Devon Conway as the left-handed batter had smashed a terrific century in the 3rd ODI. The batter has a knack for playing long & effective innings for the team.
MS Dhoni Visits Team India
Former Indian Captain MS Dhoni was spotted in Ranchi ahead of India’s match against New Zealand. MS Dhoni was seen interacting with Indian players during the training session. Ranchi is the home ground of the champion player and his guidance would help the youngsters ahead of a cracking series.

Conundrum for India
Prithvi Shaw has been included in the squad, but it looks unlikely that the batter would get a chance as Ishan Kishan & Shubman Gill are in rollicking form. Skipper Hardik Pandya must promote himself up the order as the right-handed batter can dismantle the opponent in the middle overs.
New Zealand would be banking on the spin trio: Mitchell Santner, Michael Bracewell & Ish Sodhi to create havoc. The team is already missing the services of Tim Southee & Trent Boult where the 4 overs of Lockie Ferguson would be quite decisive for the Black Caps. New Zealand would be hoping that Finn Allen hits form as the right-handed batter had a forgettable ODI Series.
